Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
