Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free milk alternative)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk or water to thin it out.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or your favorite sweetener to taste.
  4. If you’d like a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!

You can also customize this recipe by adding other fruits, such as mango, pineapple, or peaches.
